This was probably the most personalized packaging I have every gotten off Amazon. Honestly I had to double check to be sure it wasn’t an Etsy order.I’m a newly diagnosed epileptic, scents are a massive trigger. Balsam is the one of three scents I can tolerate in the house.Unfortunately the free gift( again how kind and thoughtful!!) was cinnamon soap bar, which is a huge trigger. We had to throw everything out. But that was my fault. I was very pleased otherwise.Again by far the nicest presentation of an order.I order everything from Amazon if that provides a good comparison.
